Privacy Policy

Tomato Arena is a free browser game. We keep only what the game needs to work: your gladiator name, your unlocks and your stats. We don't sell anything about you to anyone.
Who runs it
Tomato Arena (tomatoarena.com) is made and run by Maksym Zhuk, an independent developer in Ukraine. Questions, deletion requests or complaints go to hello@tomatoarena.com.
What we store
- A guest account. On your first visit your browser gets a random key, kept in its local storage. The server keeps only a hash of that key, plus your unlocked cosmetics and what you're wearing.
- Your gladiator name and stats. Wins, kills, throws and similar game numbers, shown on the leaderboard and the hall of fame.
- Google sign-in, only if you use it. We get your Google account ID and email address so your unlocks follow you to other devices. We never see your Google password.
- Reports. When a player reports someone, we save the report together with the last few chat lines of the reported player, so we can check what happened. Reports are deleted after 90 days.
- Visit counts. Daily totals (how many people played, fought or watched) under the random account ID, to see if the game is growing. The per-day detail is kept for 60 days.
What we don't store
- Voice. The winning gladiator can talk to the crowd with a microphone, and only after allowing it in the browser. The sound goes live to people in the arena and is never recorded or saved.
- Chat history. Chat appears live and isn't saved, except the few lines attached to a report (see above).
- IP addresses aren't kept in game data. Like every website, the server sees your IP address while you're connected.
- No tracking cookies. The game itself uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Local storage holds your settings: volume, name, weapon, camera.
Other services
- Google handles the sign-in button if you click it (Google Privacy Policy). Fonts come from Google Fonts.
- Game portals. If you play Tomato Arena on a portal such as CrazyGames, the portal and its ad partners may show ads and use their own cookies under their own privacy policy.
- Hosting. The game server runs in a data centre in the European Union.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data tied to your account, or to have it deleted: write to hello@tomatoarena.com with your gladiator name, and we'll answer within 30 days. Clearing your browser's site data removes the guest key on your side. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The game isn't aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them. If you think a child has signed in with Google, write to us and we'll delete the account.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date at the top.
